Scholarship Description
The Henry and Janet Guarriello Scholarship is an endowment of the Franklin County Foundation, administered by the Foundation for Enhancing Communities. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has studied at Cumberland Valley School of Music for four consecutive years.SELECTION CRITERIA:Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:1. Student must have studied at Cumberland Valley School of Music for at least four consecutive years.2. Have been accepted into a college or a conservatory to pursue a degree in music or theater arts.3. Have demonstrated the ability to be successful in their chosen field4. Financial need5. Other factors will include performance history, teacher recommendations, if the candidate studied more than one instrument at CVSM or was a Merit Scholarship Award winner.
