Scholarship Description
These scholarships were awarded for the first time in 1999 to honor the dedication and accomplishments of SWE’s Managing Director from 1984 to 1995. The awards are made to freshmen students majoring in engineering or computer science. All SWE scholarships are open only to women majoring in engineering or computer science in a college or university with an ABET-accredited program or in a SWE-approved school, and who will be in a specified year of study during the academic year the grant payment is made. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.5/4.0 or above.
