Scholarship Description
1. Be a high school senior or college transfer who ranks (or ranked) in the upper one/fourth of your high school class, or be otherwise recommended by your high school principal. 2. Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or sponsored by a member of the Washington Pulp and Paper Foundation. 3. Have at least a 3.0 college or 3.5 high school grade point average (as computed on a 4.0 scale). 4. Minimum SAT Verbal score of 500 and SAT Math score of 550. 5. Must attend or plan to attend the University of Washington and major in Paper Science and Engineering.
