Scholarship Description
An applicant must be in the final year of a pharmacy college B.S. or Pharm.D. program or have completed a pharmacy degree. Consideration is given to those who need financial assistance to further their education in pharmacy. At the time of application, the Kappa Epsilon member must be in financial good standing with the Fraternity and planning to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree or a Masters degree. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required. Number of awards and stipends: The $4,000 may be used for any purpose decided by the awardee and faculty sponsor that will enable the student to have a successful program - i.e. student stipend, laboratory supplies or materials related to the project, travel, etc. None of the funds shall be used for indirect costs by the institution.
