Scholarship Description
Eligibility
• Graduating or currently enrolled students from the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas panhandle
• Exhibit community service, leadership, and financial need
• Maintain a 2.5 or better cumulative GPA while in college
• Major in field of Engineering and/or Environmental Science and may attend the school of their choice
