Scholarship Description
This award was established in 2000 for Ouimet Scholars attending the golf management program at Johnson & Wales University’s Miami campus. The scholarship has been established as an incentive for scholars interested in golf management. The program offers a degree in golf management and a broad scope of opportunities within the golf industry.To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must have completed at least two years service to golf as caddies, helpers in the pro shop, or course superintendent operations at a club in Massachusetts. The awards are “need-based” and assist with tuition at accredited undergraduate institutions.
