Scholarship Description
Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. Applicant must be a dues current member of OBAP. 2. Applicant must provide a letter verifying that he/she participated in at least one OBAP event. 3. Applicant must possess and be able to provide a copy of a current Private Pilot’s license. 4. Applicant must complete an essay on “What is/or has been your greatest life challenge, and how has it enriched your and/or someone else’s life?” 5. Applicant must submit a current resume. 6. Applicant must submit two (2) “Letters of Recommendation” with one from a dues current OBAP member. 7. Applicant must provide a copy of his/her medical permit. 8. Applicant must write and submit a two (2)-page autobiography, which will include a recently taken photograph.
