Scholarship Description
Minimum Requirements 1. Applicant must be a dues current member of OBAP. 2. Applicant must provide a letter verifying that he/she participated in at least one OBAP event. 3. Applicant must possess a current Private Pilotʼs license and be able to provide a copy. 4. Applicant must submit an essay of no more than 1000 words that details their greatest life challenge. 5. Applicant must submit a current resume and photograph. 6. Applicant must submit two (2) “Letters of Recommendation” with one from a dues current OBAP member. 7. Applicant must provide a copy of his/her medical permit.The $5000 award must be applied toward an advance rating
