Application Deadline: Applications are welcomed throughout the year Amount of Award: Each grant is in the amount of $12,500.00 Canadian Contest : Yes Scholarships expanded for Visual Arts Award Description: The purpose of the foundation is to aid talented young artist in the early stages of their careers. Awards are limited to candidates working in the following: painting; drawing; printmaking; sculpture. Grants are awarded to applicants of all nationalities. Application Requirements: Work must be representational or figurative - abstract or non-representational art is precluded by the terms of the Foundation’s Charter To be eligible for a grant candidates are required: - to have already started or completed training in an established school of art; and/or - to demonstrate, through past work and future plans, a commitment to making art a lifetime career. Applicants must have started or completed art school training or must demonstrate through past work and future plans a commitment to making art a lifetime career. Funds may be used for any art-related purpose: travel, studio-rental, purchase of materials, etc. To receive an application for this scholarship write to address below.
