Be a junior, senior, or graduate student in the fall enrolled at Ball State University, Purdue University, University of Evansville, Tri-State University, or Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology? Be pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or any of their sub-disciplines? Demonstrate a GPA of 2.5 or higher? Demonstrate financial need through completion of the FAFSA
