The purpose of the organization is to support and promote the understanding, appreciation and knowledge of food among its members and others who share their objectives worldwide. To this end, they are committed to honoring the best female students in the culinary field and to advancing them in their careers. To qualify send your resume, official transcript, three letters of recommendation and an essay: how you plan to apply yourself in the culinary arts or culinary management. Applicants must be female, reside in the New York chapter’s 50-mile radius of NYC, and be accepted or in the process of applying to culinary school for either program.
