The award is sponsored by Ronald C. Pierce, Chairman, AWS Foundation, AWS Past President, and Joyce Pierce, to pursue a degree in engineering. The student must have a minimum 2.7 overall grade point average, and be a full-time college sophomore, junior, or senior. The award is $2,500.
