Scholarship Description
This scholarship was started in 2006 by company President Peter LeBlanc to assist employees with post secondary education costs for their children. For purposes of this scholarship, company employment will be defined as anyone employed by Conn Acoustics for at least one year and is employed by them at the time of the application deadline.Eligibility requirements:? Must be a child or grandchild of a Conn Acoustics employee? Be enrolled or about to enroll in some form of post-secondary education including technical education? Must be hardworking and can demonstrate their drive and motivation to succeed? Not automatically renewable but recipients may reapply each year if they continue to meet the criteria? Two letters of recommendationEssay requirement: Write a brief statement to tell us about yourself, the personal qualities you value, your future goals in life and how you would use this scholarship money.
