Scholarship Description
Scholarship Detail: The Glapion Memorial Scholarship has been created to honor the memory of Mr. Roy Glapion, Jr. The goal of the program is to provide scholarship awards to deserving New Orleans area students in search of a college education. Prospective students applying for this competitive scholarship must be nominated by a faculty member at their respective institutions for consideration. Scholarship awards will go to the institutions on behalf of the individual students. If you were a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana prior to the storm but are now a displaced resident, you are eligible for this scholarship. Donor/Sponsor Name: Family and Friends of Roy E.
