The Lebanon Educational Foundations standard scholarship application must be completed and the applicant must complete a 1,000 word essay on the subject: The Sacrifices Necessary to Keep America Free. The Scholarship Committee of the Lebanon Educational Foundation will make the final selection. Giving limited to the residents of Lebanon, IN area.
