Scholarship Description
The Estates of the late Jay Livingston and Ray Evans, writers of such hits as Mona Lisa and Que Sera, Sera fund this scholarship program to support aspiring songwriters and musicians. The Young Musicians Foundation in Los Angeles selects the recipient.
