Dr. George Papanicolaou Hellenic Heritage Graduate Research Grant

Scholarship Description

The purpose of the grant is to encourage Hellenic studies from the classic period through the eighteenth century. This grant is currently projected to be a minimum of one thousand dollars ($1,000). Candidates must meet all of the following criteria: • Candidates must be of Hellenic ancestry; •  Candidates must be affiliated with an accredited university in the United States; •  Candidates must be graduate students or Post doctoral fellows; •  Candidates must be engaged in research directly related to Hellenic Studies, including, but not limited to: archaeology, history, arts and culture (theater arts, language, anthropology, etc.)Note: This grant is not applicable to either tuition or living expenses.
