Scholarship Description
Scholarship of $3,000 will be awarded to a full-time postgraduate student currently enrolled in a master’s degree program at an accredited university in the greater San Diego, California geographical area. Primary consideration will be given for academic excellence. PLEASE NOTE: Distance-Learning or Online programs will not qualify. Eligibility: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen currently enrolled full time in a master’s degree program in the following or related fields of electrical, chemical, computer or systems engineering; mathematics; physics; computer science; computer technology; communications technology; communications engineering; technology management; or information management systems. Important: The AFCEA Graduate School scholarships seek to reward excellence for demonstrated effort at the master’s level of study, rather than the potential for such excellence.
