Scholarship Description
An undergraduate or graduate program at a four-year, accredited academic institution are eligible. Previous SIF scholarship recipients are not eligible. Requirements: 1. Official Application Form: Complete and submit the application form or a photocopy. Send with self-addressed, stamped standard business-sized (#10) envelope for receipt of application. 2. Official Transcripts: Submit one official transcript from each academic institution attended through December 2005 (see below). All transcripts must be stamped by the institution and included in a separate, sealed envelope. You may submit transcripts with entire application package, however, you are strongly encouraged to have your school send them separately. High school students: transcripts should include class rank and GPA Undergraduates: submit high school and undergraduate transcripts Graduates: submit undergraduate and graduate transcripts (indicate if entering as 1st year graduate student) 3. Test Scores: Submit copies of official results from all standardized tests (ACT, SAT, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT) taken during the past five years. Scores reported on official transcripts will usually fulfill this requirement.
