Scholarship Description
Established in 2006 by the family and friends of Owen and Mildred in memory of Dr. Owen Patterson, a former Holmes County physician. With the passing of Mildred on February 23, 2009, additional funds are being donated in her name. Those eligible for this scholarship must be Holmes County residents pursuing advanced education and training. 1 award of $500; Renewable.
