In memory of Warren, an avid horseback rider and well-respected businessman. Endowed by Reins of Hope, Therapeutic Riding Program, to be awarded to Holmes County students with financial need who are pursuing further education in an agricultural or equine-related field. Award amounts vary; Renewable.
