Here are some of the Real Estate scholarships on our site for which you may qualify.

California Association of Realtors Scholarship

Those eligible for consideration to receive scholarship grants shall be enrolled at a California College or University for professions which are centered on, or support a career in real estate transactional activity such as: Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Planning, Real Estate Law and other fields of study the Trustees feel worthy of consideration. Additionally, real estate licenses who wish to pursue advanced real estate degrees may also be considered for scholarships. Please initial each item to confirm your understanding. The following must accompany the application; or be sent directly by your school: The applicant must have completed a minimum of twelve college level course units within the last four years, at least two courses must have been Real Estate or Real Estate related studies. The applicant must be enrolled at the time of application in the minimum of six units, at least one course must be Real Estate or Real Estate related. Students must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 2.6 or higher from all Colleges/Universities attended. Students must be a legal resident of the State of California for at least one year prior to the date of application and have a valid California Driver

FM Global Scholarship

Criteria: Full-time student (12 hours or more per term)* undergraduate junior/senior Field of study – normally a major or minor in a risk-management discipline Career objectives in risk management GPA of 3.0 or higher Relevant work experience Leadership skills Applicants must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. or Canadian college/university Application Package: A complete application typically requires the application, an essay, a resume, and a transcript. William J. Clagnaz ACE USA Memorial Scholarship

Criteria: Permanent residents of New York City, including any of the five boroughs Full-time student (12 hours or more per term)* undergraduate junior/senior Field of study – normally a major or minor in a risk-management discipline Career objectives in risk management GPA of 3.0 or higher Relevant work experience Leadership skills Applicants must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. or Canadian college/university Application Package: A complete application typically requires the application, an essay, a resume, and a transcript. RIMS Chicago Chapter Scholarship

Criteria: Undergraduate students attending a college or university in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin Full-time student (12 hours or more per term)* undergraduate junior/senior Field of study – normally a major or minor in a risk-management discipline Career objectives in risk management GPA of 3.0 or higher Relevant work experience Leadership skills Applicants must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. or Canadian college/university Application Package: A complete application typically requires the application, an essay, a resume, and a transcript. E.J. Leverett Memorial Scholarship (Atlanta Chapter)

Liberty Mutual Group Scholarship

Allied World Assurance Company (AWAC) Scholarship

California Association of Realtors Scholarship Foundation Scholarships

The C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation was established in 1948. The C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to students enrolled at a California College or University for professions which are centered on, or support a career in real estate transactional activity such as: Real Estate Brokerage Real Estate Finance Real Estate Management Real Estate Development Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Planning Real Estate Law Other fields of study the Trustees believe worthy of consideration Awards by the C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation are up to: $4,000--awarded to students of four-year colleges/universities $2,000--awarded to students of two-year colleges. Limited to residents of California.

The Kay-Grant Group Scholarship

The Kay-Grant Group is a real estate agent group located in Scottdale, AZ committed to bettering all generations through education. For this reason, we issue a semi-annual scholarship to assist those interested in real estate and technology with obtaining a formal education. The winning applicant will receive a $1,000 scholarship to use towards higher education. More than one winner may be chosen. This is not a needs-based scholarship. Residing in Scottsdale, AZ or Arizona, in general, is not a requirement. How to Apply for The Kay-Grant Group Scholarship This scholarship is available exclusively to students who are already enrolled in a college or university. Students do not need to have already started their semester, but they need to be enrolled in a university at the present or beginning the following semester. In order to apply for the scholarship, please create a video clip that is less than 2 minutes in length and share it using YouTube. Why you believe our scholarship could help you What it will help you to achieve Your goal and what you wish to achieve from your education It definitely helps to relate back to either technology or real estate but is not required. The winning video will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to use towards tuition. The funds will be paid directly to the college or university and may be applied to an outstanding balance or to future tuition. Students must attend a school in the United States but do not need to be a United States citizen. Simply upload your video (under two minutes, remember) to YouTube. Please include Kay-Grant Group Scholarship" in your title and add a link to http://kay-grant.com/scholarships in your video's description section so that we can find all videos easily. Once your video is uploaded, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include a link to your video as well as: Your full name, phone number, and mailing address The name of the university or college you are attending Evidence verifying your enrolment at that university or college (can be pretty much anything) The course of study you are pursuing or planning to pursue.

APWU Vocational Scholarship Program

The APWU National Executive Board established the Vocational Scholarship to help students interested in programs of study leading to trade, technical, industrial or vocational occupations that can include, for example: Culinary, Medical or Dental Assistant, Electrician, Real Estate, Auto Mechanic, Certified I/T‐Computer Education, Massage Therapy or Cosmetology. Five recipients from among the five postal regions will receive up to $3,000 to be used for up to three years of study in a specific trade, technical, industrial or vocational school. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS  A senior attending high school or other corresponding secondary school.     Child or grandchild, including stepchild or legally adopted child of an active member, Retirees Department member, or deceased member of the American Postal Workers Union.  Parent or grandparent must be a full dues paying member or retiree member [as defined in the APWU National   Constitution and Bylaws, reference Article 3, Section 1, Section 4(d)] in good standing or must have been a member immediately preceding death.  Recipients for the Vocational awards must attend an accredited community college, vocational school or   vocational program.      Must maintain [status report to be provided to APWU annually]: 1. “B” average, or 2. “Pass” if Pass/Fail system, or 3. An evaluation from the Counselor or Instructor   EXCLUSIONS  Children/grandchildren of all Elected National Officers.  Sponsor is currently a postal manager.     Scholarship will be discontinued if the sponsor becomes a postal manager.  Applicants from other Postal Unions (NALC, NRLCA, NMPHU)
