Carlson Caspers 1L Diversity Scholarship Program
Carlson Caspers' Diversity Scholarship Program annually provides up to two $5,000 scholarships to prospective law students who are pursuing or who have obtained a degree in chemistry, physics, life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or computer science and who are committed to practicing intellectual property law in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.
Scholarship recipients will be considered for a paid internship at Carlson Caspers during the summer prior to entering law school and will be considered for a paid clerkship during the summers after their first and second years of law school.
AfterCollege Pharmacy Student Scholarship
AfterCollege is proud to offer a $500 scholarship for students currently studying to be a Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacologist, or Doctor of Pharmacy. Students must be in good standing in an accredited program and carry a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Scholarship recipients will be chosen by the AfterCollege Scholarship Committee, and recipients will be announced during the month following the deadline.
• Student must have an AfterCollege profile (registration and all services are free to students)
• Must be a full-time student at the time of the scholarship deadline
Zannoni Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow (SURF) Individual Awards
Purpose
To introduce undergraduate students to pharmacology research in order to heighten interest in science as a career, with an emphasis on pharmacology graduate training to increase the number of young scientists entering the research discipline of pharmacology.
The SURF individual awards are intended to support students whose institutions do not have a currently funded SURF program. To check if your institution has a SURF program, check website.
Who Should Apply:
Undergraduate students conducting pharmacology-related research including, but not limited to, students representing departments of pharmacology, toxicology, pharmaceutical sciences, and/or biological chemistry.
Program Requirements
The sponsor must be a regular member of ASPET in good standing or a retired member who is still active in research.
Students are expected to work on a research project with some degree of independence.
If awarded, ASPET will provide a student stipend of $2800 for a minimum of ten weeks participation in the program.
The sponsor is expected to sponsor the SURF Fellow for student membership in ASPET at the beginning of their summer research experience. Undergraduate student membership in ASPET is free.
Applications from women and underrepresented minorities are particularly encouraged.
Terms of the Award
No indirect costs will be provided
All funds shall be used for student stipends only
All awards will be made directly to institutions. Awardees and sponsors will be notified by April 15 if an award is to be made
The NSMV Pharmacy Technician Education Scholarship
'Dispensing Health: The NSMV Pharmacy Technician Education Scholarship' is a merit-based scholarship awarded to eligible students enrolled in an ASHP accredited Pharmacy technician certificate, diploma or associate degree program in the United States.
Benjamin Trust Fund
Scholarships provide partial support for individuals living in the Virgin Islands who have pursued degrees in nursing, midwifery, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, master’s level public health and audiology. Other degree and certificate programs may be considered.
Cardinal Health Scholarship
Scholarship Value: $5,000 Classifications: Undergraduate Freshman, Undergraduate Sophomore, Undergraduate Junior, Undergraduate Senior Minimum GPA: 3.0 Eligible Majors: Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Marketing, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Computer Science, Operations Management, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Information Systems Eligible Schools: Open Eligible Locations: Open Scholarship Detail: Open to all four-year accredited undergraduate colleges. Students must be a rising sophomore or junior, majoring in accounting/finance, IS, marketing purchasing/operations, engineering or chemistry, or in their first or second year of pursuing a degree in Pharmacy. Applicants must demonstrate non-collegiate leadership experience. Hartfield, Ostina and Herman Scholarship
Eligible Majors: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology Eligible Schools: UNCF Member Colleges and Universities (please check the website for the complete list) Eligible Locations: Virginia, New Jersey, North Carolina Scholarship Detail: This scholarship is awarded to a student who exhibits a strong interest in the Biological Science field. The Anthony S. DAngelo Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
Scholarship awards to undergraduate students who are residents of LA and enrolled in an accredited state college of pharmacy. Application form required. Please contact the foundation through letter for more information.
Health Care Majors Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria:•Must be of Hispanic background•Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in the United States or Puerto Rico•Must be studying at an accredited university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico for the upcoming academic year•Must be (or plan to be) enrolled full-time as an undergraduate or graduate student for the upcoming academic year•Must have earned and maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale•Must demonstrate financial need•Must be studying a major that falls under the Health Care Majors Application
Imagine America High School Scholarship
The Imagine America Foundation created its Imagine America High School Scholarship Program in 1998 to help provide scholarships for high school students. This annual scholarship program has helped thousands of high school seniors afford a career education at hundreds of career schools across the United States. Each year, every high school in the United States and Puerto Rico may nominate up to five graduating seniors to receive a $1,000 Imagine America scholarship!
Healthcare Leaders Scholarship

REQUIREMENTS
The Healthcare Leaders Scholarship is offered to students entering or currently pursuing an educational program related to nursing or medicine. Applicant must be a US citizen, at least 17 years of age, and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
All applicants must submit a 600 to 1,000-word essay explaining what they hope to accomplish during their career in the medical field and how the scholarship would fulfill those goals. Recommended topics are included in the Personal Essay section.
All applications must be received by January 29th, 2018. Finalists will be notified in February and must provide proof of enrollment and GPA (letters of acceptance, transcripts, etc.) before the scholarship recipient is selected.
SELECTION
Applications will be reviewed by a panel. The winner will be selected based on the criteria set forth in the requirements section of this document.
Once the winner is decided and notified of the award, he/she will receive a mailed 1099-MISC tax form and the check will be delivered to their address. The winner of the scholarship award will be fully responsible for the taxes incurred from receiving the award.
NCPA Foundation Presidential Scholarship
The NCPA Foundation Presidential Scholarship will be made on the basis of the following priorities: * Leadership Qualities: Potential candidates will be evaluated by the NCPA Foundation Scholarship Committee on the basis of leadership qualities and accomplishments with a demonstrated interest in independent pharmacy, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities. These qualities will be measured by the required supporting documents. * Academic Achievement: Scholastic success is a necessary condition for consideration of the award and will be measured using current college transcripts.EligibilityThe NCPA Foundation is pleased to announce that the Presidential Scholarship program will be continued. All pharmacy students who are student members of NCPA are eligible to apply for ONE of the NCPA Foundation Scholarships per academic year. The student must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. school or college of pharmacy on a full-time basis. Note: Students may only receive this award one time.Children of NCPA Foundation Officers, NCPA Officers, or NCPA Executive Committee members are not eligible to participate in the program.
