Nursing Scholarships

Funding for these scholarships are made possible by the generosity of the New York ENA State Council members through the ENA Foundation State Challenge campaign. These scholarships are not limited geographically and are awarded to rescue workers who are obtaining an associates or baccalaureate degree in nursing. Eligible rescue workers include pre-hospital care providers, firefighters, and police officers. The scholarship winners will also receive a complimentary one year ENA membership. Requirements: Proof of acceptance into a pre-licensed nursing program and proof of at least one year of pre-hospital work experience is required. Applicants must be a member of a state or national professional EMT, firefighter or police officer association. Applicants do not need to be a member of ENA member, but a letter of reference is required from a current ENA member.General Eligibility:?
