Music Teachers Association of California Scholarship
Eligibility: Music Major • Open to vocal, instrumental, and composition music students under age 30• Enrolled in an ensemble performance group• Audition and/or successful juries required GPA: 3.00
Music Department Scholarships
Eligibility: Music Major • Audition and/or successful juries; preference will be given to applicant participating in music departmental activity* Requires separate application; contact the Music Department GPA: 3.00
Music Alumni Scholarship
Eligibility: Music Major • Audition and/or successful juries required GPA: 2.50
Paul Harder Memorial Scholarship

Wisler Memorial Scholarship

The ASCAP Foundation Leiber & Stoller Music Schlarships
Jerry Leiber & Mike Stoller, writers of such hits as Hound Dog, Kansas City, Jailhouse Rock, Stand By Me, On Broadway, and Is That All There Is?, developed and funded this program which celebrates their 40th anniversary as collaborators. This scholarship provides assistance to young aspiring songwriters, musicians and vocalists. Two awards are given each year: one to an incoming freshman at Berklee College of Music in Boston, for which the school auditions the recipient; the second recipient is auditioned by the Young Musicians Foundation in Los Angeles.
Nassau Music Society Scholarship
* One annual scholarship worth up to US$7,500 * For study at the undergraduate and graduate levels * Approved fields of study are classical instrument, voice and musical composition * Samples or work and/or auditions and interviews are required * Candidates must fill out the Academic Scholarship Application Form as well as the supplemental form Giving primarily in the Bahamas.
Glenn Miller Scholarship Competition
1. Scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors or first year college students who intend to make music a central part of their future life. Those who have entered as high school seniors are eligible to compete again as college freshmen; but first place winners from previous years are not eligible to compete again. 2. An appearance fee of $25 is required of each applicant, and must accompany the application. This fee will be returned to those who (a) are not selected to be finalists; (b) those who accept finalist selection and complete the required audition. All other material submitted becomes the property of the Society and will not be returned.
