National Allied Health Scholar Program
The program gives allied health students education assistance and a future at one of Banner Healths facilities. Eligible applicants must be a student in your last 4 semesters in an accredited program in one of the following specialties: Respiratory Therapist, Medical Imaging, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech/Language Pathologist.

The Foundation will provide scholarships, endowments, and grants for high school seniors who have expressed specific interest in health care education.
Interested students can apply for a foundation scholarship by writing a two page summary that includes:
I. Career intentions and a summary of the applicant’s goals in pursuing a career in a health care profession.
II. Events which have influenced the applicant’s future goals.
III. Factors demonstrating aptitude for a career in health care.
IV. Brief summary of the applicants financial need.
V. Qualifications, resume, and class ranking.
VI. Applicants personal information including names of parents, mailing address and reliable phone number.
Applications are currently accepted from students attending one of the following local schools: Manatee, Southeast, Bayshore, Braden River, and Lakewood Ranch.
Melvin H. & Ruth J. Schmidt Scholarship

Imagine America High School Scholarship
The Imagine America Foundation created its Imagine America High School Scholarship Program in 1998 to help provide scholarships for high school students. This annual scholarship program has helped thousands of high school seniors afford a career education at hundreds of career schools across the United States. Each year, every high school in the United States and Puerto Rico may nominate up to five graduating seniors to receive a $1,000 Imagine America scholarship!
NCMC Foundation Surgical Tech Scholarship
Eligibility Requirement: Applicant must meet the prerequisite requirements and have been accepted into the Surgical Technology program at Aims Community College. Applicant must also agree to seek a position as a Certified Surgical Tech at the North Colorado Medical Center upon completion of degree. Applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Education Level: Any persons pursuing secondary education.
• Majors: Any major related to healthcare or science.
• Age: 17+
• You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, at least 17 years
of age, located in the United States or D.C. and on track to apply for or currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational programs located in the United States or D.C. (including accredited two and four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical and trade schools).
• You’ll have to identify the specific secondary education program, college or certificate/degree option you want to get into, or for which you need funds. You may be looking to enroll or already enrolled in this secondary educational program.
• You must be willing to work with Landau’s Scholarship Management team throughout the application and award process.
Siemens-ASCP Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must:
• Be an ASCP student member
• Be enrolled in a NAACLS- or CAAHEPaccredited laboratory science program AND be in the final clinical year of education
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.8 out of 4.0
• Be a United States citizen OR a permanent resident of the United States
• Submit a complete application packet
(GPA must be recorded in Section E)

Siemens Legacy Scholarship
Legacy Scholarships of $2,000 each are available to ten students who are a child, grandchild, sibling or niece or nephew of a of a certified MT/CLS/MLS and are enrolled in their final year of education in a Medical Technology (MT), Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) program.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must:
• Be the child, grandchild, sibling, niece, or nephew of a certified MT/CLS/MLS or MLT/CLT
• Be enrolled in a NAACLS-accredited program AND be in the final clinical year of education for an MT/CLS/MLS program or
MLT/CLT program by the application close date
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.8 out of 4.0
• Be a United States citizen OR a permanent resident of the United States
• Submit a complete application packet

Graduate Scholarships of $1,000 each are available to five students who are currently pursuing a graduate degree in the area of medical laboratory science.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must:
• Be enrolled in a clinical or medical laboratory science graduate program that is affiliated with a NAACLS-accredited
MT/CLS/MLS* program AND have started a graduate project or research
• Hold current certification as an MT/CLS/MLS
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Be a United States citizen OR a permanent resident of the United States
• Submit a complete application packet
