Society of Automotive Analysts Scholarship
Eligibility: Business major including economics, finance, business administration, marketing management; demonstrates interest in automotive analysis; full time student; undergraduate; minimum 3.0 grade point average.
Adelante U.S. Education Leadership Fund
Award Amount: $1,200 and $3,000 Requirements: * College juniors attending a Hispanic-serving institution with a 3.0 GPA, pursuing a degree in a business related field.
$1000 Undergraduate - Companion Animal Interest Scholarship
Are you interested in pursuing a career in the pet industry? Do you want to work in the field of animal health and nutrition?
The companion animal (pet) industry is expanding rapidly all around the world. Career opportunities in animal health, animal nutrition, marketing, publishing, and pet food manufacturing are increasing every year.
Oxbow’s Undergraduate Scholarship is for students currently enrolled in a college or university who have demonstrated a career interest in companion animals. Scholarships are paid directly to the school in September.
To Qualify:

• Provide two letters of reference
• Provide proof of full-time enrollment in a college or university
• Completed a minimum of 12 credit hours
• Provide a transcript copy and current GPA

Ray Greenly Scholarship

To apply you must:
• Be enrolled full-time as a sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate or graduate student when the scholarship is awarded in October 2014.
• Be a U.S. citizen or legal U.S. resident to be eligible.
• Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
Applicants do not have to be in a retail program or major to apply, but should be able to explain how their chosen major is relevant to digital retail. Students pursuing majors in ecommerce, engineering, marketing or advertising, journalism, graphic design and IT are all critically important for the future of digital retail and are encouraged to submit an application.

Dairy Farmers of America Scholarships
At Dairy Farmers of America, we believe it is important to invest in the next generation of leaders to ensure a bright future for the dairy industry. That is why we established the DFA Cares Foundation Scholarship Program.
The Foundation awards scholarships to three categories of students:
Incoming freshmen: High school seniors or recent graduates who have been accepted to college, but have not yet started classes
Undergraduate students: Students who are currently participating in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program, but have not yet graduated
Graduate/professional students: Students enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program

Asparagus Club - Scholarships
Scholarships range from $1,500 a year for up to two years for sophomore and junior students attending college on a full-time basis. The applicant must demonstrate scholastic achievement by earning a minimum 2.5 GPA and must demonstrate good character. Application form required. Asparagus Club Scholarship Fund
Each year, subject to availability of funds, up to ten scholarships are awarded to rising full-time juniors, seniors or graduate students pursuing a degree in business, food management or another relevant course of study leading to a career in the grocery industry, with preference given to the independent retail and wholesale sector. Each scholarship is $1,500 per semester (Fall and Spring only) for a maximum of four consecutive semesters. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA per semester/quarter and full-time status to continue receiving the scholarship.
PAEOP Hermine Solt Student Scholarship
The Pennsylvania Association of Educational Office Professionals (PAEOP) welcomes all qualifying students to submit a scholarship application for the 2018 Hermine Solt Student Scholarship. This is a $500 scholarship that was established in 1992 for the purpose of aiding students in Pennsylvania to pursue higher education in a business-related field. This scholarship will be given to an eligible senior applicant graduating from a Pennsylvania High School or Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School to be used as either tuition assistance or as a school bookstore credit at any approved two or four-year post-secondary institution, college, or university majoring in the business field. (Examples include but not limited to: Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Business Communications, Business Management, Business Communications, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing, Computer/Technology, or Secretarial/Admin. Assistant)
Additional criteria for consideration include:
1. Financial Need;
2. Academic Performance (must have a minimum of a 3.0 G.P.A.);
3. School Activities (Clubs, Sport or Music/Arts)
4. Work, community and/or volunteer activities;
5. Traits of leadership, citizenship, and service to school and community with an excellent attendance record.
In addition to completing the attached or online application, students must submit all of the following:
1. Official High School Transcript – if selected an original with a compressed seal will be required.
2. One letter of recommendation from a business teacher or guidance counselor who is knowledgeable of the student’s citizenship, academic history/scholarship, or activities in the school and/or local community.
3. List of all extra-curricular activities, honors, and/or community service
4. An essay or personal statement (approx. 250 words) detailing “WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF 10 YEARS FROM NOW?”
5. Acceptance Letter Showing Business Major
The scholarship will be awarded as follows:
Applications will be given a number based on order of receipt. Names will not be provided to the committee and points will be awarded using the approved scoring rubric. Points will be totaled and applications placed in order from highest to lowest. The scholarship will be awarded based on total points earned from the application, with emphasis on financial need, community service and/or extra-curricular activities and overall high school academic record. The essay/personal statement will provide insight as to the goals and future vision for the applicant.
Scholarship winners must agree to let PAEOP use his/her photo and information for their quarterly newsletter or other members only correspondence. The winner will be invited to accept the award at the PAEOP awards banquet in Spring 2018. The scholarship check will be issued by the Pennsylvania Association of Educational Office Professionals (PAEOP) in the name of the student to the college or post-secondary institution the student will be attending. Scholarship proceeds must be used for tuition and/or as a credit at the student book store.
Scholarship Packets must be postmarked no later than March 1, 2018 – NO EXCEPTIONS!
SpecPro Scholarship
SpecPro Scholarship at $10,000 per year & potentially renewable for up to 4 _ years. The foundation awards college and vocational scholarships to Alaska Native shareholders of Bristol Bay Native Corporation. Established to provide an opportunity for higher education and career development and to encourage interest in careers relevant to SpecPro company technical and management fields. Eligibility Requirements: *BBNC shareholder *entering freshman enrolled at an accredited college or university *full time/degree seeking student with an engineering, environmental, marketing, management, information technology, life science or other appropriate field of study *cumulative 3.0 grade point average or better.
Melba Jean Racener Scholarship
Annual scholarship created through the estate plan of Melba Jean Racener. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be entering their third year of study majoring in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field, who have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average (4.0 scale), and whose home residence is in Daviess, Gibson, Knox, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh, or Warrick counties in Indiana. Selection Criteria: Selection will be based on academic performance and financial need, with preference given to applicants who demonstrate active participation in extracurricular activities, especially as they relate to the applicants major. Supplemental Requirements: 1. Statement of Aspirations and Educational Goals (not to exceed two typewritten, double-spaced pages). 2. Submission of the FAFSA4caster financial information sheet and the Estimated Family Contribution report (To access the FAFSA4caster on-line early EFC estimator visit the United States Department of Educations website at http://www.fafsa4caster.ed.gov/.) Award Amount: $1,500. Renewable for senior year provided recipient has maintained full-time status, a minimum 2.5 grade point average (4.0 scale) during the junior year, and good standing with his or her college or university. Renewal award amounts will differ from the original award.
The Lagrant Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship
Undergraduate (current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and non-graduating seniors ONLY!) applicants meeting the following criteria and completing the application on the reverse side (typed, not handwritten) will be considered for The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) scholarship:Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and a member of one of the following ethnic groups: African American, Asian Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino or Native American/Alaska Native.Applicant must be a full-time student at a four-year, accredited institution, carrying a total of 12 units or more per semester/quarter.Applicant must have a minimum of 2.75 GPA* and MUST major in a field of study that has an emphasis on public relations, marketing or advertising or must minor in communications with desire to pursue a career in public relations, marketing or advertising.Applicant must have at least one year to complete his/her degree from the time the scholarship is awarded in June.Applicant must write a one to two-page, typed essay outlining his/her career goals and what steps he/she will take to increase the lack of ethnic representation in the fields of advertising, marketing and public relations. In addition, applicant must define the role of an advertising, marketing or public relations practitioner (depending on emphasis). Applicant can include accomplishments relevant to increasing awareness about diversity in his/her community.Applicant must write a brief paragraph explaining college and/or community activities in which he/she is involved. (Give dates)Applicant must write a brief paragraph describing any honors and awards that he/she has received. (Give dates)Applicant must provide a letter of reference from a college professor or internship advisor.
The Lagrant Foundation Graduate Scholarship
Graduate student applicants meeting the following criteria and completing the application on the reverse side (typed, not handwritten) will be considered for The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) scholarship:Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and a member of one of the following ethnic groups: African American, Asian Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino or Native American/Alaska Native.Applicant must be a full-time student at a college or university that is accredited by a regional accrediting association.Graduate applicants must have a minimum of 3.2 GPA* and MUST major in a field of study that has an emphasis in public relations, marketing or advertising.Applicant must have a MINIMUM OF TWO ACADEMIC SEMESTERS left to complete his/her Master’s degree. Applicant must have at least one year to complete his/her degree from the time the scholarships are awarded in June.Applicant must write a one to two-page, typed essay outlining his/her career goals and why he/she feels it is important to increase ethnic representation in the fields of advertising, marketing and public relations. In addition, applicant must define the role of an advertising, marketing or public relations practitioner (depending on emphasis). Applicant can include accomplishments relevant to increasing awareness about diversity in his/her community.Applicant must write a brief paragraph explaining graduate school and/or community activities in which he/she is involved. The resume should reflect what he/she would present to a prospective employer, with the career objective clearly stated.Applicant must attach a sealed, official transcripts from his/her college/university or have official transcripts sent directly to TLF. No copies will be accepted.Applicant must show proof of acceptance to graduate school if not currently enrolled.
