Management Scholarships

Program Description:The Winchell's & Yum Yum Donuts Scholarship Program is available on a competitive basis to freshman, sophomores, juniors and seniors in a 4-year college or university of Hispanic heritage from California. All students welcome to apply with preference given to business-related majors. Awards are in the amount of $3,000.Eligibility Requirements: * Be of Hispanic heritage. * Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (not expired) * Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. * Be a FULL-TIME student in a degree seeking program at a four year accredited U.S. institution in California. * Must currently reside or attend school in California with a preference given to students from one of the following locations: Greater Los Angeles, San Diego, Northern California. * Preference given to students attending Loyola Marymount University, University of San Diego. * All Majors allowed with preference given to students majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Advertising, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Management, Marketing or Public Relations. * Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Program Description: The HSF/Pfizer Fellowship Program is available on a competitive basis to Hispanic graduate students at selected universities and in selected majors. The fellowship includes a $10,000 award for the academic year, and a paid Summer internship in New York. A renewal award of $10,000 for a second year is contingent upon participation in internship and continued academic success. Each academic year, Accenture selects students who demonstrate character, personal merit and commitment to the American Indian community locally and/or nationally. Merit is demonstrated through leadership in school, civic and extracurricular activities, academic achievement, and motivation to serve and succeed. Eligibility requirements include the following: Be an enrolled member of a U.S. federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaska Native group, verified through submission of the AIGC Tribal Eligibility Certificate (TEC) form; Be seeking a degree and career in fields of study including: various engineering, computer science, operations management, management, finance, marketing and other business oriented fields; Be entering a U.S. accredited college or university as a full-time, degree seeking college undergraduate freshmen. High School transcript must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or greater, on a 4.0 scale at the end of the seventh semester. The Thomas R. Pickering Undergraduate Foreign Affairs Fellowship program provides funding to participants as they are prepared academically and professionally to enter the United States Department of State Foreign Service. Women, members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the Foreign Service, and students with financial need are encouraged to apply. The Pickering Undergraduate Foreign Affairs Fellowship seeks to recruit talented students in academic programs relevant to international affairs, political and economic analysis, administration, management, and science policy. The goal is to attract outstanding students from all ethnic, racial, and social backgrounds, who have an interest in pursuing a Foreign Service career in the U.S. Department of State. The Program develops a source of trained men and women from academic disciplines representing the skill needs of the Department, who are dedicated to representing America's interests abroad. The fellowship award includes tuition, room, board, and mandatory fees during the junior and senior years of college and during the first year of graduate study.

Eligibility: Business major including economics, finance, business administration, marketing management; demonstrates interest in automotive analysis; full time student; undergraduate; minimum 3.0 grade point average.

Award Amount: $1,200 and $3,000 Requirements: * College juniors attending a Hispanic-serving institution with a 3.0 GPA, pursuing a degree in a business related field.

The Federal Chancellor Scholarship is a part of the Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation. This foundation grants research fellowships to foreign scholars who hold doctorates and have not yet reached the age of 40. The Foundation also offers research awards to internationally-recognized foreign scholars of any age, enabling them to spend a lengthy period of research in Germany. Subjects for study include Arts and humanities, business administration and management, fine and applied arts, mass communication and information science, medicine, recreation, welfare, protective services, religion and theology, social, behavioral sciences or law. The purpose of the scholarship is to maintain and foster a close relationship between the United States of America and Germany by sponsoring individuals who demonstrate the potential of playing a pivotal role in the future development of this relationship. Eligibility: • Interest in small business/entrepreneurship• Full-time or part-time enrollment• Statement of objectives to include educational and career goals especially relating to entrepreneurship and extra curricular small business activities• Financial need required GPA: 3.0

Each year, subject to availability of funds, up to ten scholarships are awarded to rising full-time juniors, seniors or graduate students pursuing a degree in business, food management or another relevant course of study leading to a career in the grocery industry, with preference given to the independent retail and wholesale sector. Each scholarship is $1,500 per semester (Fall and Spring only) for a maximum of four consecutive semesters. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA per semester/quarter and full-time status to continue receiving the scholarship.

SpecPro Scholarship at $10,000 per year & potentially renewable for up to 4 _ years. The foundation awards college and vocational scholarships to Alaska Native shareholders of Bristol Bay Native Corporation. Established to provide an opportunity for higher education and career development and to encourage interest in careers relevant to SpecPro company technical and management fields. Eligibility Requirements: *BBNC shareholder *entering freshman enrolled at an accredited college or university *full time/degree seeking student with an engineering, environmental, marketing, management, information technology, life science or other appropriate field of study *cumulative 3.0 grade point average or better.

Established in 2001 by The CIRI Foundation through funds provided by Barbara Donatelli, Craig and Thea Floerchinger, Mark and Leslie Kroloff, and Kirk McGee and Gloria ONeill in recognition of Carl H. Marrs, President/CEO of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (1995-2004) for his vigorous advocacy of Pre-K-12 and post-secondary opportunities for CIRI shareholders, original enrollees, and their direct lineal descendants.
