Christian Shane Fleming Memorial Scholarship PURPOSE: Members of First United Methodist Church, Mocksville, North Carolina are eligible for a $1,000 scholarship established in the memory of Christian Shane Fleming. The scholarship will be presented on an annual basis offering assistance to a deserving student continuing His/Her education at a College/University or Technical/Community College. ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must be a member of First United Methodist Church of Mocksville, North Carolina. He/She may be a graduating senior, an existing student, or a graduate student. CRITERIA: 1. Character 2. Service 3. Leadership 4. Grade Point Average / Class Rank 5. Church / School / Community Participation AWARD: The $1,000 scholarship will be paid directly to the College/University or Technical/Community College of the studentDC Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship in Memory of Priscilla Clark Applicants must be a Davie County resident accepted into an Associate Degree Nursing Program.General Applicant Requirements: Applicants must be a Davie County resident and a high school graduate (or the equivalent). Applicants must attend a 2-year or 4-year accredited college/university in North Carolina on a full-time basis or a qualifying training program. Children and grandchildren of Community Foundation Board and Staff are not eligible for scholarship awards.
