One of the two awards is restricted to a day or evening student at Rutgers University School of Law in Camden who is a resident of South Jersey, who is not a first year student. The successful candidate also must have a demonstrated bona fide financial need; demonstrated scholastic ability; a commitment to practice law and reside in the Camden County area, and a history or desire to work in the areas of law enforcement and/or the administration of justice.
