SelectSpace Scholarship
Selectspace scholarship
At SelectSpace Partitions, we are proud to offer a scholarship program for students in the process of pursuing a college degree. The awarded student will receive $500 to be used towards expenses for his or her degree.
Who may apply?
U.S. citizens accepted to or currently attending a college or university within the United States. The winner will be required to provide proof of acceptance to your college or university, or a college transcript.
Deadline:
Applications must be submitted via the web form by November 30.
Next Steps:
The award recipient will be notified of the selection on or around December 31. The scholarship award is to be used exclusively for school tuition or related expenses. A check for $500 will be made payable to the award recipient’s college or university. The recipient is expected to submit receipts in accordance with IRS regulations.
Chapter 311 - Tri-Cities Scholarship
Criteria:
All applicants must be seeking a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology or integrated manufacturing systems degree program. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale.
When making the selection of recipients, the scholarship committee will give consideration to the following preferences:
First preference will be given to scholarship applicants who are residents of the state of Michigan.
Second preference will be given to scholarship applicants who are seeking their education from a college or university in the state of Michigan.
Ardis/Lueder Northern Lower Michigan Endowed Scholarship Fund
Ardis/Lueder Northern Lower Michigan Endowed Scholarship Fund shall be used to support a student in a recognized dental program at the School of Dentistry at the University of Michigan. Preference may be granted to a student who is from, or demonstrates an interest in practicing in the Northern Lower Michigan counties of Wexford, Missaukee, or Osceola. Priority will be given to students in a post-graduate program. If no qualified applicants are available in a given year, graduate students may be considered pending fund assets. Preference would then be given to fourth and third year graduate students in descending order. Preference will be given to residents of Northern Lower Michigan counties.
Bill Porter Scholarship
The Bill Porter Scholarship is awarded to a student who will pursue a license, certification, or endorsement in a specialized trade, or who wishes to work toward an associates or bachelor degree in the trades and industry field. This scholarship is renewable.
First Sergeant John D. Juracko Scholarship
John Juracko was a retired 1st Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corp. At the start of a life-long career, he enlisted in the U.S. Marines during the Depression. He served in China in the years leading up to WWII, then re-enlisted and spent the next 20 years serving in active duty in various locations around the world. This accomplished soldier called East Jordan home, and set up a scholarship fund as his legacy to help young people. One $1,00 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who will attend North Central Michigan College. Criteria: Academic achievement, extra-curricular school activities, volunteer activities in the community, special awards and recognitions, and a 100 word essay
Little Traverse Association of Home Builders Building Industry Career Scholarship
This scholarship is being offered by the Little Traverse Association of Home Builders through the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation to benefit graduating seniors residing in Charlevoix or Emmet Counties, and adults seeking to upgrade skills or pursue a career change in the building industry field. Primary consideration will be given to experience in the building trades. Up to two, nonrenewable awards are available. Criteria: This scholarship is administered through the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation. Contact David Jones, Program Officer, at 231/348-5820 for an application.

You are eligible if... you are a resident of Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency or Presque Isle nursing is your program of study your GPA is 2.8 or higher
Eleanor L. and John R. Heilman Nursing Education Scholarship
You are eligible if... ___ you are a resident of Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency or Presque Isle, or the CFNEM affiliate counties of Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Ogemaw or Oscoda. ___ nursing is your program of study ___ your GPA is 2.8 or higher
Otis M. Smith Scholarship Program
The purpose of the Otis M. Smith Scholarship Program is to provide scholarships to selected single parent mothers to assist them in obtaining post secondary education at selected accredited institutions. Non-renewable scholarships of up to $3,000 will be made with assistance of advisors to the Otis M. Smith Scholarship Program.
The Luck Family Scholarship
Criteria: Available to Rochester, Adams and Stoney Creek students who has been involved in instrumental and/or vocal music or theater who plan on attending a 4 year college or university. Award: $1000 renewable for 4 years Background: This scholarship was established by Mr. Randolph Luck on behalf of the Luck family to provide financial assistance to a student who demonstrates evidence of a strong work ethic. Applications should be either typed or printed in black ink. Applications in pencil will not be considered.
Willamena Ribbink Memorial Scholarship
Criteria: Available to Rochester, Adams and Stoney Creek seniors pursuing teaching career. Must demonstrate financial need; have minimum 2.0 GPA. Award: $500 Biography: Willamena Ribbink (1905-1992) worked as a teacher of business practices and counselor for 35 years at the Rochester Community Schools.
