Children of full-time employees of A & A Coors, Inc., Hays, KS., or Wholesale Beverage Co., Colby, KS. 2. Have a 2.0 GPA or better if continuing, or 1.0 for a first semester freshman. The freshman shall be limited to one semester unless the initial college semester GPA is 2.0 or better. In the latter case, the second semester allocation can be made. 3. Membership recognizes outstanding academic achievement. Each Phi Kappa Phi chapter may select one candidate from among its local applicants to compete for the Society-wide awards.
