American Association of University Women Scholarship

Qualifications: Must be a Kosciusko County resident and at least 23 years old. Must be a student who has completed at least 15 credit hours at a Kosciusko County institution of higher learning such as Warsaw Ivy Tech, Grace College or IPFW-Warsaw. K21 Health Scholarship Endowment Fund

Qualifications:Employees of K21 Foundation, Members and Active Advisors of the Foundation’s Board of Directors or scholarship committee and their family members are not eligible for this scholarship.• Must be over the age of 23 Must have been accepted at a post secondary school in NorthernIndiana and pursuing an area of study in the medical or health field.• Must have been employed for more than one year in the health care industry in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Must have been a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana for at least two years before applying for a scholarship.1st preference will be given to students who: Are past recipients.Eligibility College Student Past Recipient

Shirley A. Sadler Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications: Must be a Kosciusko County resident attending or planning to attend a college, university or trade school. Must show financial need.Eligibility College student Past Recipient (Past recipients will receive preference for up to four years of continuing study).

The George and Gertrude Schiff Charitable Endowment Scholarship

Qualifications: Must be a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Must show financial need. Has not attended a school of higher learning within the two years prior to first applicationAvailable to adult students in our community who have made the decision to return to school to improve themselves.Eligibility College student Past Recipient – provided student maintains a B average

The Warsaw Evening Lions Club Scholarship Fund

Qualifications: Successful applicants must be American citizens residing inWayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Must show evidence of financial need. Successful applicants must have attended a college, universityor trade school in Indiana for at least one year. Preference shall be given to a single parent, man or woman. No children or grandchildren, spouses, or step-children of Warsaw Lions Club members will be considered for this scholarship.Eligibility College student Past Recipients

Carl N. Wendel Scholarship Endowment (Non-Traditional)

Qualifications: Must be a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana and show financial need.1st Preference Applicant pursuing education and/or training to become a diesel mechanic, auto mechanic, motorcycle mechanic, small engine mechanic and/or auto repair service manager, and/or to improve or update skills with respect to such jobs.2nd Preference Applicant pursuing education and/or training in any trade, such as HVAC, carpentry or plumbing, and/or to improve and update skills with respect to such jobs.3rd Preference Applicant pursuing job retraining and/or new or different skills necessitated by loss of the individual’s job as a result of merger or downsizing at the individual’s former employer.4th Preference Applicant seeking to enter the job market for the first time or applicant seeking to enter the job market after a sustained period of lack of significant full-time employment due to health reasons, the raising of the applicant’s child or children and/or the care of an aged or ill relative.5th Preference Applicant pursuing any other non-traditional, bona fide and reasonable education leading to a recognized degree or certificate of completion.6th Preference Applicant pursuing traditional college or university education.Eligibility College Student Past Recipient

The McDonald Memorial Scholarship Fund (Non-Traditional)

This scholarship will be used to enable students to procure a high school, college or professional education in the United States.Qualifications: Resident of Kosciusko County. Must show evidence of financial need.Eligibility: College Student Past Recipient

The Mary (Leedy) Hand Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Qualifications: Must be an American citizen and a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Must show financial need. Must qualify for admittance to a school of higher learning and attend a college, university or trade school in Indiana.1st Preference Applicants over 25 years of age who are seeking advanced education for the first time or to continue after one or more year interruption. Members of Winona Lake Free Methodist Church.2nd Preference Applicants pursuing advanced education directly after high school. Members of a Kosciusko County Church other than the Winona Lake Free Methodist Church.3rd Preference Any Kosciusko County resident. This scholarship award will not exceed $1000 per student in any one year.Eligibility: College students over the age of 25 are given first preference Past Recipients - provided student maintains a C+ average and is pursing their education in a timely manner
